Please uninstall the Chaos license server and remove any remaining files from the following folder:

C:\Program Files\Common Files\ChaosGroup

Afterwards, download and install the latest Chaos license server 5.5.4 from the following page:

Go to the Chaos License server page (http://localhost:30304), enable your Online licensing and try to use V-Ray again. If you continue to experience issues, please open a ticket in our support system through this page:
