max 2020 vray 5.2 crashes on win7 system

we have alot of crashes after installig the latest updat 5.2 on 2 computers with win 7 system

"Never touch a running System" ... especially when all is fine. until day X arrives... =) maybe it´s your´s now?

This happens when we send to Render or when we change materials and textures in vfb ipr render
