Can't save file from V-Ray frame buffer or Render set up

All other buttons are working on the V-Ray frame buffer apart from the save file. No pop up comes up to save the image, nor can I set up the render to save automatically in the Render set up.
Stopped working overnight. I am having to 'copy image to clipboard' which isn't ideal.

Any ideas how to fix or anyone else come across this issue?

Can you share if reinstalling V-Ray will solve the issue?
