  • Vray5.2X VFB2 关于 composite BUG

When image mixing is performed in vfb2
If the mixed element uses vraycryptopattern and adds an adjustment layer
Then the image will be abnormal, such as the background map turning black

    01:
I created a dirt and superimposed it on the RGB color
    It looks normal now

    02:
    I added a vraycrypotmatte
Make the dirt only appear on the box
Everything is normal at this time

    03:
When I add a curve adjustment layer to it and control the curve
The image will be abnormal and the rest will turn black

    04:
    When I hide the curve
    business as usual

    05:
    Or I keep the curve
    But close vraycrypotmatte
    business as usual

So the adjustment layer and vraycryptomatte cannot appear at the same time?
    Or is this a bug?

Because in my opinion, the image superimposed after adjusting the color control layer may be better than that superimposed directly at some times.
This is also the normal operation in PS

    If normal
I can directly adjust any color of the superimposed content through the color control layer

But now I can't work with vraycryptomate
      Multmate has the same problem
And I found a problem with multmate
When I officially render, multmate takes effect
When I use interactive rendering, multmate fails in composite computing

      08:Interactive rendering

      09:Render --correct

No parameters were changed, but they got different results?

I cannot seem to decipher your issue; it seems to work as expected on your end too. Could you elaborate on what exactly are you trying to achieve and what is not going as you'd expect?

We managed to reproduce the issue - we'll investigate.

I've logged the issue (internal bug-tracker id: VMAX-11775) for developer investigation. I think masking the Curves layer instead should give you the desired result.

Yes, the hidden color control layer is all right. However, if this problem exists. I will not be able to control the color of rendered elements through the color control layer(When there is a mask)
This is a normal layer overlay operation in PS
But I got the wrong result in vfb2
I hope this function can be optimized
              thank you
