Strange window refraction, how to remedy?

Hi All,
I am having a strange refraction effect happening at 1:58 to 2:207 in this movie. I don't understand it or how to remedy it. it looks like the window bows with the camera. You have to see the movie to see/understand the effect.

How can I remedy this?

Not exactly sure why that's happening but you do have an odd looking extra pane of glass visible on the lower screen porch windows @ 1:58 (just as the camera passes through). It's hard to tell for sure but it looks as though the distortion is only happening on the extra glass surface.

Also, it looks like the glass in both cases is just a single plane which I believe is a no-no for refraction.

yeah looks like there was two panes, both facing the same direction... some had 3. Stupid turbosquid! Recreated windows and trying again.
