  • VRay DR spawner Render host not responding

so my Vray DR spawner has been working with 3DS max up until a couple weeks ago. Best thing i can guess is that it was right around when i added Vray for sketchup and started running VraySwarm. Would that cause a conflict?

Also installed a 3ds max service pack update for Max 2022.

Swarm works, Vray Dr spawner does not.

    Any help?

Just tried sending a job via backburner and got an Anima error. Thought i had anima setup as a render node, guess i'll try their help section.

    Hello,

The V-Ray Swarm and 3ds Max distributed rendering do not interfere with each other in any way, unless you have set up a custom port for the Distributed render node. Swarm uses port 20208 for distributing rendering jobs across the machines. V-Ray for 3ds Max CPU uses port 20204 and V-Ray GPU uses 20206 by default
Did you reinstall V-Ray for 3ds Max, after you updated 3ds Max 2022? What is the error message that you receive during rendering? Is the V-Ray distributed rendering spawner running on the render node machine?
