pixel aspect error in DR

I think I have logged this error before, but its still in 1.47.03 when pixel aspect is set to anything other then 1.0 DR does not account for that and renders at 1.0 ( I have it at 1.2)

I think this is corrected in newer builds (along with blow-up and region rendering in DR mode).
