Crushed blacks

I've never had this problem before but when I save out in any format, all my dark blacks are crushed with lots of noise. BUT looks flawless in the VFB. Zero noise and the black is perfect. Any ideas?

3dsmax 2022, vray 6
Gamma 2.2 in Max preferences and Vray color mapping.
Tired JPG, EXR, TGA all with same results.

In which software are you viewing your output?

Hi the issue is not evident from the attached image. Could you upload a comparison between VFB and the other viewing software.
