3dsmax slate material editor is laggy

I am trying to click on various material dialogues, link materials etc and having to press at least 3-4 times on the roll out or link to successfully link it to a node etc. Sometimes more times.

Windows 10 64bit

Hi is this happening in every scene even a new simple scene? In case you are having issues with only a specific scene please share it here or trough the support contact form.
Are you experiencing lag only in slate material editor? How about the compact material editor and other parts of the UI?
I suppose you are not loading you PC heavily when the lag starts to occur?
