Vray Proxy & special character path

Hello

We've just found a recent bug.

When a path contain a special character ( in our case a " ï " ) the vray proxy doesn't load correctly an .ABC

D:\TEST\test.abc works


D:\TEST\test_ï\test.abc doesn't work



Absolutely not hurry from our side, it's was just for test only that we detected that.
All our productions paths are safe of specials characters.

Tested with 3dsmax 2023.2 & vray 6.00.08
