  • VRayClipper ignores tyFlow excludes

I wonder what I'm doing wrong here. I have used VRayClipper to see inside a tank where's tyFlow particles. I have excluded the tyFlow cache objects as well as the particle instances from clipping. However tyFlow particles are clipped too. What would be the correct procedure to have tyFlow cache fully visible without clipping?

Maybe try toggling between rendering as a mesh and rendering as instances in TyFlow. Perhaps one or the other works correctly.

      Thanks,

Changing rendering to mesh helped. However I had to create a new multi/sub material since the instanced materials didn't work on that rendering mode.

Edit: I think it will require a new cache file with proper material settings. It seems to use Material ID 1 for all particles.

I'm a bit confused, since when turning to mesh I get the same material on all particles. I even regenerated the particles, but it didn't change anything. Is it tyFlow forum then?

That's because the mesh mode combines everything into a single mesh. You can apply a By Element VRayMultiSubTex to it as a workaround.
