  • Lens effect not working when render with HDRI skies

    Hi,
I've been trying to make the lens effect work in my scene with no success, I have set an scene with CHAOS HDRY sky, and physical cameras, but no matter what I change in the lens effect menu, it wont work. I have made a new scene without HDRI's and the lens effect does work nice. Any advice on how to make the lens effect work with HDRI's skies really appreciated it. Cheers

The lens effects are a post-render effect, which is applied to the image, based on its pixel values. The threshold value is set through the Threshold parameter. Open the VFB and check the pixel values of the brightest spots (at the bottom side) - if they are lower than the threshold, no lens effects will be applied. You may reduce the threshold accordingly for them to appear.
