Toon Material Flickering in Render Animation

This is my first time using the toon material, and I'm not sure why in the render the shadows are flickering. I'm actually confused as to why there are shadows at all, I turned off all cast shadows on lights.

Hi, the approach used with the toon material is slightly different than rendering a realistic image.
You could use this guide as a starting point.
