Render Element fails to save OCIO corrected image

"When using the ACES workflow, save the OCIO-corrected effect to the image by selecting "Save in image" in the VFB panel.
While the automatically saved image will be correct when rendering the animation, the rendering elements saved automatically will not be corrected by OCIO,
which can lead to mistakes by colleagues later on.
Is there any way to directly save the OCIO-corrected image to the hard disk along with the automatically saved rendering elements?"

Hi, thanks for posting. How do you save your output (are you using V-Ray Raw Image file or Separate render channels) and in what format?
Have you set up the V-Ray Color management correctly to ACES?

I don't see any difference between the different methods. Maybe you are using the 3ds Max's native output and have you VFB disabled?
