Since V-Ray 6, MAX has gotten so laggy when rendering, I can't even use the VFB. I never had the issue prior to V-Ray 6. Now, I have to stop the render, wait, tweak in the VFB and start the render again.

what's the CPU doing while you lag?
Is it taken up? By what?
Also, displacement in static mode can take a while to prepare, and depending on how it's set up, change based on the IPR window size.

it seems only to be for my interiors. My CPU is maxed out for both interior and exterior and exterior doesn't lag. MAX is taking 86% of my CPU.Bobby Parker

I can't even move the VFB. Here is a screen grab for my resources. I am posting this as it renders, so Windows isn't locking up, MAX is. MAX 2023 and Windows 11.
