  • vraysky2023.dlt quarantined by Avast

I have just had an Avast warning pop up stating it has quarantined vraysky2023.dlt due to it being infected with Win64:Evo-Gen, has anyone had the same issue or know if its a false positive?

I use V-Ray almost every day and I have never had this come up before.

Hi, thanks for posting. Could you try to uninstall V-Ray, delete all leftover files and install again?

From 9 years ago, this time found in the ATI drivers.

It looks like Avast's way of labelling something it doesn't like, but doesn't know.

Hi, we reported the issue to Avast and asked them to add the vraysky2023.dlt to their false positive list.

Please do the same using the link from the message you have shared in your first post:
