color dot appeared when rendering

May I know where is this color come from? It appeared when rendering...i have checked all the element, it doesn't appear in those element.

Most likely, you have fireflies (which have values above the lens effects threshold) getting the effect. Try the suggestions from here and see if that resolves it.
