update 6.2 :Unified Light/Cmera lister is not there for my 3ds max 2021

I heard that you can only use it form the tool bar but for years my Vray toolbar is corrupt. ( I don't think that the way to solve this is to reconstruct my 3dsmax.ini file. sorry Chaos - ! You should find a way to solve it differently)

If you don't want to follow what is advised, then just create your own toolbar with the buttons that you need, that still works.

Actually I did and it did not help. for a blimp it appeared and then gone. All I get is a long empty toolbar and the tooltips are like "$#@^" or similar. It has happened before.
Regarding creating my own toolbar - I tried but the command for the unified lister does not appear there. Watch this short video:

Try resetting your 3ds Max settings to their defaults.

Is your V-Ray installed in an arbitrary location? If yes, you must do an additional step described at the bottom of this page.

My Vray is installed on my only workstation. I no longer use slaves. my 3ds max is on c:\3ds max 2021 when installing I do not modife anything.

I will try it . However - It says there that the toolbar is still active - In my case - It is not and the tooltips show a sort of Gibberish.
