Grey Preview in Material Slate

Hi,
we currently have the problem that some clients show randomly on different scene a grey field in the material preview instead of a sphere/box/cylinder - see screenshot attached.

This is V-Ray 6.2 and 3dsMax 2024.2. In SlateMaterialEditor > Options > Global Render is enabled.

Does anyone have any advice?

Chaos updated VRay with a fix, you just need to re-download the installer from the download section.
iirc the VFB won't show that there is a new update so many people will/ did miss it.
