Unwanted Square Pattern in Final Render

Happy 2024.

I've attached a photo of my render which shows an unwanted square pattern, most prominently on the window shade and bathtub. I would greatly appreciate any suggestions on how to resolve this.

I am unsure if I see it, but have you tried turning Denoiser off?

Try turning off Adaptive Dome in your Vray Dome Light. If it's resolved, I would send the scene to Chaos so they can fix this.
