Glass Material acting strange

Hello,

is there a problem with glass material or am i doing something wrong? the glass object is a simple plane, with 1cm shell modifier, and the material is Vray Glass_Window_Neutral.

OK, so my boss came, and we sat a little bit and found out this was the only glass object without the shell modifier, so that was causing the problem. Can anyone explain why is so because we don't know.. thank you

It's trying to refract but that needs a volume to refract through. It's easily remedied by either checking the 'thin-walled' option,
or reducing the IOR to 1.0
