VRay fur problem

Hi,

I have a problem with fur. There is too much fur. But when I use numbers like 0.001 or so nothing happen. Number is still the same as 1.0. And polygon placement doesnt work too. Cant make lower number of strands.

Note that when distributing Per area (which also depends on the scene units), there will be at least 1 strand per triangle face. Either way. there should be a massive difference between 0.001 and 1. Mind if you attach a simple scene?

And polygon placement doesnt work too.

What do you mean by this? Show some examples.

I meant distributing per polygon, not per area.
