  • Motion blur of loaded Vrayscene objects is messed up.

    I am using 3ds max 2022, vray6(2.1).

I want to create a scene where a vehicle is running.

Load vehicle exterior data into vrscene.

I attached a camera and a vrayscene object to the animated dummy.

Since the vehicle (vrayscene) and the camera move at the same time, motion blur should not be applied to the vehicle, and only the background should have motion blur applied. However, vehicles are also subject to motion blur. It seems as if the vehicle is not moving.

Is there something I set up wrong?

    please answer about my question.

    Hello,

Thank you for the report. It does seem that motion blur specifically for loaded animated V-Ray Scene objects is not calculated as expected. I've made a note for our developers to look into (internal bug tracker ID: VMAX-14294)
