Unable to download assets or materials from Cosmos

Hi Iam working in 3ds Max 2025.1 with Vray 6 2.1

Since I work with Max 2025 I am unable to download assets or materials from Cosmos. When I click the download button nothing happens, neither in the overview page in Cosmos nor in the asset page itself. AFAIK all is up to date, is this a known issue?

Hi, thanks for posting. I did a test with 3ds Max 2025.1 and V-Ray 6.упдате 2.1 and the download button works. Please try to reinstall V-Ray or install Cosmos from here. If this does not work please open a ticket to support.

Thanks. Reinstalling Vray and Cosmos didn't help unfortunately, I opened a ticket.
