Reporting here a quirky issue that has to do with DR buckets.
We noticed that one of our scenes was giving buckets on a Railclone floor, on which VrayMultiSubTex was plugged in Diffuse/Reflection/Bump/Refl Gloss. channels.
We disconnected that node only from the diffuse channel and plugged there a single VrayBitmap (one of the bitmaps used in the VrayMultisub btw).
Machines rendering fine, no buckets.
Reconnected the same VrayMultiSubTex node on the diffuse and now the same machines that were giving buckets before, render just fine.
Can someone provide some insight on this?
It seems arbitrary, and we would love to avoid 1. rendering twice especially on final resolutions and 2. having to 'baby-sit' long renders.
