3dsMax 2023 Crashing when Vray 6 installed

Currently, my installation of 3dsmax 2023 is crashing at startup (Right around the point in which the viewports are loading). When VRay is uninstalled the programs go away.

Error:

Environment:

Windows 11
i9-13900K
3dsmax 2023: 25.3.5.326
vray 6: 6.10.08.0000
NVidia RTX A2000 12GB
Graphics Driver: 552.86

Troubleshooting Steps:

1) Reinstall 3dsmax
2) Reinstall Vray
3) Upgrade Vray (Latest)
4) Downgrade Vray (version 5)
6) Disabled Firewall
7) Disabled antivirus
8 - Updated NVidia driver
9) Uninstalled recent windows updates
10) Updated windows
11) Factory Reset 3dsmax preferences
12) Verified license server was available and accessible

Any ideas would help, there's not much floating around on the internet about the chaos_networking.dll module.

Same issue here with maya and vray 6 running from zip.
Can this please be fixed? We need to block internet on some workstations due to ndas.

Does it happen if you borrow the license? Go to the license server, click on the "Online licensing" rollout > Use offline licensing > Follow the steps.

Im doing this on an unlicensed system. So no server, no license. Just pure maya + vray from zip.

Yep we caught the bug in October so all V7 releases have the fix.
