Reflection not showing with V-Ray sun

Hello, I have a question about reflections with V-Ray Sun. This is a simple scene where the direct light is reflected from the water surface back up across the wall (see images attached). This works with a V-Ray light plane (and direction set to 1), but when I try this with a V-Ray Sun/Sky I don't see any reflections from the water surface. Which button have I not ticked? Any suggestions welcome.

Hi, thanks for posting. I guess your VRayLight is visible and it's whole are is reflected by the water. The VRaySun is a point source, even if it is visible it will reflect as a very small circle.
It is hard to tell without reviewing the scene.
