Chaos Scatter Viewport Lag

Chaos Scatter's viewport performance is very poor. After enabling it, instances won’t display immediately, even when using simple dots or boxes.

The attached video shows the issue, and compares it to Forest Pack, which remains responsive no matter how many objects are scattered

Thanks for the report. We are already aware of the issue and are working on improving the viewport performance.

EDIT: I was informed by the devs that the wire-box mode is not the most efficient way of previewing and using the Box preview instead should improve things. However, optimizations are scheduled to be released with V-Ray 7.
