V-Ray6 Max crashes during rendering - dealine today

I wonder, what I can do. I finished my scene during weekend and I'm supposed to render final images today. However Max crashes on every attempt to render. What do I need to check first? to get things done and invoiceable. I have invested lot of time on this one. It would be shame if don't get paid for it.

E: I have tested by using two different workstation and it's the same for both of them.

It seems, if I send the job to a third workstation via Backburner, it don't crash. I might manage to send the client a few renderings today, if I'm lucky, but this needs to be solved after all.

Well, that was one time success. Now backburner is crashing too.

Any ideas?

What do the Backburner/Deadline logs say? Does it happen locally or with Distributed Rendering?

I think the problems are related to PhoenixFD foam settings. I started gradually reduce the foam and I'm now able to finish some renderings.
