Enscape .vrscene importer Issue

Hi, when I use the Enscape .vrscene importer (V-Ray 7 Hotfix 1) to import a .vrscene from Rhino, 3ds Max freezes after I complete all the steps and close the dialog box. Could you please help me fix this issue? Thank you

In order to investigate your issue it would be best if we could inspect the scene in question. To do that please open a support ticket (request type: Product usage questions or issues) and upload following files:

• Rhino .3dm scene or archived Rhino scene using Pack Project tool (V-Ray>Pack Project tool) if you also have V-Ray assets in your scene, not only Enscape;
• Exported .vrscene;
• Enscape version (example);
• V-Ray for 3ds Max version (Render Setup>Settings>About V-Ray).
