VFB issue with VRay 7

I've recently updated to VRay 7 and now my IPR/VFB will not work - I don't think it's an issue with the VFB as I tried to render through the 3D Max buffer and got similar error messages - 'Building Embree Moving Tree failed'. Anyone have any idea what's going on here or is it simply I reinstall it and give the thing a good kick?
