  • Enscape - Vrscene import_ Error

Exported a file vrscene from Enscape for Revit but but on import in 3dsmax I get: "Error Parsing scene. The - Vrscene file is corrupt or incomplete". Tried several times. What to check?

    Enscape v 4.4.0.452
    Vray 3dsmax v 7.00.05.32980

Could you send the .vrscene via the contact form so we can take a look?

My colleague from Enscape support told me to tell you the following:
      1. Check if exporting a .vrscene works on another project
      2. Send the Enscape logs via the "Support" button.

Sent the vrscene via contact form. Will try to export another project to test very soon.

How did you export the .vrscene? The Enscape VRScene Importer importer page says to strictly use the V-Ray Scene Export within Enscape for a correct import. If you did so, I suggest you follow the suggestions from post (#3).

Yes, used the Vray-scene exporter within Enscape. Tried another project as well - same error occured. This has worked before for me so thats why I assumed something might have changed after updating to Enscape v 4.4.0.452 and
            Vray 3dsmax v 7.00.05.32980....?

Most likely. Best you send the logs through the Enscape Support button, so that their support team can take a look.

I had success importing from a vrscene exported from Vray for Revit... Just some scaling issues with cosmos assets. Because I was in a hurry I tried this and it worked relatively fine. . Blog link points to a blank blender forum page... Could you send it again? I'll try more when I get time.

Glad it's sorted out. The blog link was a forum hiccup, I was referring to my previous post about contacting Enscape support.
