Material Editor Problem

Hello everyone, I have a problem in the material editor, as you can see, the slots are black, the materials in the viewport work, but I don't have the preview. I tried to install v-ray a second time but without success.
Can you help me?

it works!! thank you very much, I tried everything. I installed vc_redist.x64.exe, restarted the pc, and everything works.
