vray scene and aerial perspective not working

Hi
i have a scene with aerial perspective enabled, soon as i add a "vray scene" object my fogging stops working

any ideas?

i figured out what's wrong
i had "scene overides" checked OFF....... BUT .............had a file in the filebox (although greyed out), so it was messing with the aerial perspective
once i cleared the filebox, it worked
