Material slots are black when using V-Ray in 3ds Max

"Currently, my Material Editor has turned black today. I've tried several ways, but it seems I can't fix it. Has anyone here faced this problem? I need some help."

If none of the suggestions help, try reinstalling the Microsoft C++ Visual Redistributable (a setup file is included in the V-Ray installation folder here: "C:\Program Files\Chaos\V-Ray\3ds Max 2025\utils\vc_redist.x64.exe").
