Absolutely bang on - resubmit the frames that need to be rendered to BB.
On the Monitor - when the job comes up with the render job and the second pass - delete the render job and the Second Pass will kick in and stitch all the stips together.
Bit of a roundabout way to do it but it works.
Anyway, a good tip for files names when rendering to strips is 'abc_.jpg'
The underscore is a good thing to put in apparently.
