  • particle flow objects disappear

i scattered some geometrie with particle flow. no matter if i convert them to a mesher or not, some of them appear and disappear in my animation.
i turned subframe of and the ermitting starts and stops at the first frame, no motion blur is used. where is the problem with that?
(i had the same problem with the max-scatter tool and vray too-
    max 7.5/vray 1.47).

It would help to at least see some renders.

Are the particles small? could it be an AA issue? perhaps try QMC type AA.

I remember Flipside had this issue (or something similar) in the past. Can't find it though, quite some time ago. Maybe send him a personal message.

well first i thought its a thing that can be solved with a high face level cofficient but i didn't try any other AA settings then adaptive -1/2...

rerender was right, its the aa. You need to set aa qmc with qmc sampler at 0.003 global subdivs 3-4 to get the particles to show.
