Still losing server licence link

Anyone had any experience with 'Nightwatchman' software, I think it is for doing automated installs at pre-selected times remotely and being able to start computers up automatically.

I say this because I seem to lose the connection for no apparent reason and that is the latest software installed by my IT dept.
