Help: Light Blotch in only one area

Im having this blotchy ligh problem in only one area,
i feel like ive tried everything i can think of.
its only in this one spot

my settings, nothing too complex

well if you set preset to medium or high you should see the difference, or
set prepass to -3-1

the reason i set it on low rather than the higher ones, is due to the resolution, over 2000 pxls each.

Does your ceiling have thickness or atleast a roof above to block the sun?

Also have changed the secondary raytrace bias?

looks like a light leak..what if you lower the beams slightly or raise the roof?
