  • 2 sided...

Hi, I want to make a picture like this

but if I make a box, flip normals so I can see in

    (made from viewport)

and then render, V-ray automaticly make the 1 sided face 2 sided so i cant see into the box.

This is the image I was expecting to get

(made with camera inside the box)

Is there a way to make this happen..

Couldn't you just manually adjust the front clipping plane of the camera to clip off the front of the box? Or maybe just uncheck "Visible to Camera" in the Object Properties?
    www.dpict3d.com - "That's a very nice rendering, Dave. I think you've improved a great deal." - HAL9000... At least I have one fan.

Detach the wall you want to see thru and then in the properties dialog make the detached wall"not visible to camera".

You still get the bounce from the wall for the calculations and any reflections that may be from that wall.
