Visibility question, parts missing

This one is weird to me

The file renders ok on my machine, but some pieces are missing when rendered on renderfarm.

Try to open the scene directly from renderfarm node, crashes while opening

I drew some spheres, to see if new geometry will appear, and it was not. (from Backburner, ok local)

When I'm shooting several frames, new geometry starts to show after a few frames, see attached image..

Anybody have a clue

never seen it, maybe you can share a scene for a study... as its hard to say. Could be some error in your scene, did you try merging into a clean one?

Try merge, even try export the problematic piece as .3ds and importing in a new scene, same result.. really weird.
I'm starting over from scratch , it is going to be way less painfull than figuring out what's wrong
