There is probably some material that causes this, try to find the material and maybe replace it with something else. If you use falloff maps, make sure the Override material IOR option is on.

As a quick test, try disabling maps globally and see if this helps.

If you use camera correction modifier, make sure the max-compatible shade context option is off.

Depending on which version you are using, glossy refractions could be an issue, you can try to disable those as a test too.

      Hi vlado
all materials are vray mats, no falloff or camera correction modifiar are used.
glossy refractions are in use since i need a milky glass.
what else should i do when using glossy refractions?

after some tests it is the glossy refrections that couse the problems.
does that mean i can't use glossy refrections?

There was a bug in the glossy refractions in the 1.47 versions.

One solution is to calculate the light cache with normal clear refractions; save it and then render the final image with glossy refractions.

Another solution would be to get an updated build from us if you email me to vlado@chaosgroup.com. However, as you have a tight deadline, I wouldn't recommend this right now.
