animated objects create problem in irmap calculation, how do i get rid of it, my animation has an animated object in it

this is a known thing and its not a vray issue, but rather an irradience map issue. Shortly put, if you have an animated object you cannot use irmap for that object. Some solutions can be to render the object separetly then composite it with the other part of your render.

Actually you can use the IR map just it has to be cleared and recalculated for every frame using any of the add to IR map features is not an option.
