AA problem

I have found a problem with reflection brightness and AA.
Is this a known problem?

It should look like this


with higher max numbers it looks like this


with a adaptive subdivision it looks fine again


any ideas why this happens?

It would probably help if you turn off color clamping in the Color mapping rollout - if that doesn't help try also switching to Linear color mapping.
