Light splotches

Why is this happening. It happens whether I use vray light or light material.
What settings do I have to increese to have better resoults,

I use LWF, IR primary LC secondary, gamma 2.2, ...

is that a vraylightmtl? or a vraylight casting the light?

Have you tried with LC/QMC?

Maybe I will make animation so I need it to be in Ir map becouse of speed.

50 subdivision

color mapping gamma 2.2

Any vray log errors?

For a test put 100 in the IR map subdivs

What about your other IR mapp settings?
Do you have blur GI on?
