more than one request code

i've been in troubles over here with my computers and i would like to know how you guy do in the same situation. this isnt the first time i've request a new code to vlado. The point is that we are always or buying better computers or in troubles with the ones i have here, and in both cases, i always have to request a new license, this time for some reazon i got no answer from vray team and i would like to know what to do? because off course its easy for everybody says taht need a new license code and use it in another computer. The point is that this is not my case, anyhow i cant prove and now i cant work because i did a new instalation in my main computer and havent a new code to use on it who now is my main machine. The solution for this problem i guess that is the hardware look who is in production but while it dont come, what am we supose to do? its wrong to ask for new request code after formatation and upgrade of our computers?
please, any help will be appreciated...

i guess you can blame it on the weekend - there probably isnt anyone working over at chaos group

i'd suggest you move the license server to a computer that doesnt get changed and is always running - hasnt got to be a good machine, just a stable one

Yeah we have our license server on one of the render nodes that runs the backburner manager - maybe use that or your main file server?

Silverio, you'll get your code on Monday I suppose, if not it would be best/fastest to call and talk to someone at the office.

thank you vlado, i was just worried about this problem . Because i didnt know if this i've been passing by its or not common, and how i 've been in troubles with my computers and this isnt the first time i ask yu a new license, i would just like to say what was really happening .
