  • Rendering with VRay motion blur problem

    Hello

    I have a moving car that spins 360 to a camera that slowly pans to the side..
    Some randomly rendered frames have the car geometry completly in a different place..I've re cheked that there are no crazy keyframes somewere....
    This is being submitted to render to 5 machines over backburner..
    If i re-render some of the bad frames some render correctly.. some dont..
    what is causing this?
    I'm using ver. 1.47.03 in all nodes

      well...i think its maxes TCB rotation controller thats acting up here. There is a bug in it, and in some points, inparticular between the frames the models may flip and so on. Try settings your tcb rotation controller to smooth.

          tcb is a type of rotation controller used by default in max. If you go to the curve editor, and under the node which is responcible for the rotation of your model find rotation right click on rotation and go assign controller and you will find options there, try smooth rotation.
