    Often the paid ones will be better and alot bigger than the free ones.. so no need to feel like an idiot

    Free ones... hmmmm not so sure.. have a look around www.evermotion.org in the free section.. they usually have a loot of stuff there which might be what your after.

      great site. ANy others that you know of that offer vray materials in the models?

      I did a rendering now without the camera correction and it looks clean.
      is there a setting I could use in that would allow me to use the camera correction without getting the warnings and splotches?

        Not that i can remember off hand... most of the really good ones you need to buy.

              unticking the shade context compatibility got rid of the splotchy circles.

              I made some other chagnes (which still needs more work unrelated to this issue) to the scene and used a new HDR but esentialy what you said fixed the issue.
