Trying to log in to support section

Hi there,

Apologies if this is in the wrong section.

I've been trying to retrieve our vray login details for the support section of the website so I can get a hold of the new 1.5 version of vray. My e-mails have gone unanswered and when I fill in the password reset form, nothing happens.

Are you guys snowed under and unable to respond as quickly as you usually do? Our username is BIGLOLLY and we have 4 vray seats.
