  • Animation Problems in 1.5

I rendered out a couple of interior animations last night. When I checked
them this morning all but one of the servers had messed up frames.
I have upgraded all servers to 1.5 RC2. The only other thing that I have
added is the color correct plugin. Each server had about 6-10 frames that
were bad, the rest of the frames were fine. This morning I used one of the
machines to re-render some of the frames. The strange thing about it is that the exact same frames that rendered bad last night rendered bad today, and the frames that rendered fine last night rendered fine today.
Any help would be appreciated. Deadline is looming.(as always )

    Settings :
    LC=3000, Fly through, saved.
IR=Medium preset, multiframe, 10 frames, calc with the saved LC, Saved
Final rendered with the saved IR.
    Adaptive subdivision
    No IES lights
    No missing plugins or maps
    All vray mats and lights/shadows

    Regards,
    Mike

It looks like the irradiance map is wrong (e.g. not calculated) for these frames. Are the bad frames single ones with correct frames on either side, or packed in a sequence?

      Best regards,
      Vlado

Hi Vlado. Some are single and some are together. There is another
camera on the other side of the room. Both cameras are a very slow
pan, 300 frames. Both using the same settings for everything. One
camera has no errors, and one has these errors.
